Does your work place have a nurse or doctor? If so, go to them. If not, can you run out to the store for some Immodium? It's great for diarrhea. For nausea, oddly enough, a few bites of raw potato helps. Pepto is great for both.
Chicken soup is good for the soul, and maybe a cold, but NOT your symptoms! Less is more when it comes to your double-whammy! Keep hydrated. Drinking Pedialyte (I know it's for kids, but my Dr says it's also great for adults!)..can help stave off dehyration.

Stomach ache with nausea and diarrhea: keep yourself well hydrated (electrolyte drinks will help).
Most of these episodes will run their course and you should be fine in a day or two. If not, see your physician.
Does anybody else at work or at home have the same symptoms?
Remember all those folks that got sick from Taco Bell and Olive Garden....

Oh god go home you poor thing. I take Rolaids, I just had the stomach flu for Christmas day and pepto did nothing. Your best bet is some regular coke, rolaids and going home and laying on your stomach, sounds weird but it works for some reason. If your really stuck at work see if anyone has any rolaids and definitley sip some coke. Good luck.

Eat something really spicy - like soup with lots of peppers. Broth based soups are better.
If that's not available, drink ginger ale
