i smoked a pack a day and now i have quit cold turkey. it has been almost 48 hours since my last cigarette. the withdrawls are getting harder, do you have any suggestions to help my with them?

I'm currently experiencing sharp jabbing pains in the left side of my chest, right below my "pectoral". I can feel a strong, but not racing, heartbeat. I've had random pains, but this is very painful and It hurts when I inhale too deeply. I don't have a clue if this can help with clarification, but I'm 16, 5'8'' 135lb., athletic build. Can anyone please help me figure out what it is?

I am 5 ft9 and I weigh about 160 is that to much for my height? I'm still trying to lose weight. I recentley had a baby and gained 70 pounds during my pregnancy but I already lost them all. so how much do i still need to lose to get my ideal weight?

I went to the doctor and he said it might be because of the position i do when i watch tv or when i sleep

but i'm still not sure.

they got my bp it's 110/80.. they say it's normal.

the chest pain i told before wasn't really pain, it was just a little bit discomfort like someone was touching my chest with very very very little force. as in no force. can i just ask how does it feel for a normal chest pain in a heart attack? is it like their is a train in your chest? coz that isn't what i felt..

I'm very skinny, I only weigh 97 pounds and I'm about 5'3. Do guys like girls who are this skinny? I dont have eating problems, I love to eat, but I dont gain any weight. I have a nice shape body with a flat stomach, and my arms and legs are very small.

What makes a person "troll"?

From my experiance, I use to troll because I used it as a form of therapy. I would be angry at someone, something, a situation, and come on to a forum or chatroom and take it out on people. But it wasn't therapy, it was more of an addiction, I had to do more of it, bored, indifferent, anything could trigger it. I would spend hours and hours trolling. I never fully stopped. My trolling activities have became infrequent.

For you Psychology and Computer Science majors, Grad Students and those practicing Psychology, Psychiatry or computer science, this could be a research project or book idea for you.
