It's not real cheap, but Proactive is wonderful. Available only by mail, but works wonders if used as recommended. Other than that, assuming you don't want to see a dermatologist, wash once a day with gentle soap and use something like Oxypads to clean out the pores.

I think nothing is better than proactive and now you can get it much cheaper than it used to be.

i use noxema. it works really good. you can get it at like cvs or walgreens. for only like 5 or 6 dollars.
