You shower like you normally would.
If you are worried about blood dripping down your leg, or making a mess, you won't sweety......it's water and it will all just wash down the drain.

Just wash your hair, lather up and rinse, condition, and lather up your body and rinse. Pat yourself dry, use blow dryer on your pubic hair to get all moisture off and put your pad in your panties and put them on. Put lotion or oil on your body. Pamper yourself!

You can also take a nice warm bubble bath. You are not going to bleed that much!

This must be very new and scary to you.
It's okay honey, we all had to go thru it and it's taken my neice 2 years to get over it! hope you don't have to suffer that long.

Get comfortable with your body, pamper yourself, take it easy, wear powder or lotion or body oil, and a light perfume.
This is your time to be nice to you, and pamper yourself!
it's your monthlly!

Well, take of your clothes, turn on the shower, and wash.
It's fine to take a shower during your period. The blood will
just wash down the drain, or if you prefer, use a tampon during
your shower.

i worried a lot too...actually i still do but no one knows that right? i guess when you're on your period and you're in the water, you don't bleed as much. and every time i've taken a shower during my period, i haven't seen anything. the same should happen for you too. it's ok, just pretend it's not there. but remember again when you get back out.

You can wear a tampon. Depending on how long your showers are and how heavy your flow, you can sometimes risk not wearing anything. It's not worth dirtying a whole tampon though for a 5 minute shower. Use your logic.

Turn on the shower head, adjust the water temperature and stand under the flow. Lather your body with soap and rinse.

you may bathe and you may drink chilly water. once you're on your era you may drink despite you elect and it wont influence you era in any respect, the chilly water element is an oldwifes tale and could be disregarded. you may bathe of direction, in case you couldnt how stinky might females be?? lol. yet heavily, getting showered is fantastic, yet i wouldnt propose a shower once you're on your era, except, you have a tampon in, then it quite is okay. in case you elect any further suggestion on sessions, then upload me on contacts and be at liberty to mail me, every time, im on line a minimum of as quickly as an afternoon. wish i helped good success.
