I have been a couch potato for years and piled on the pounds. Sad. I need to start slowly and heard that the Leslie Sansone dvd's were motivational and a good start for someone like me.

For a very long time I've had bad painful knots in the same spot in my upper back. Sometimes for little parts of the day I don't feel them, but usually they hurt a lot on a regular basis. I've tried laying on a golf ball, I've had my friends/parents try and massage it out, I've tried to massage it out myself, and I use icy hot patches on it and the pain goes away for about an hour after i take the patch off, but it always returns to the same spot. I swim everyday for 2 hours and I do a dryland workout that involves medincine ball throwing, and I carry a backpack around school all day but it's usually very light. Could those be reasons for my back feeling this way, and if so, how can I get rid of these back knots, and what can I do to prevent them from coming back? Should I get a professional massage, or are there things I can do at home to help? Are there any stretches I can do to loosen them up? Feedback is appreciated. =]

I am looking for a bed that will allow me to get uninterupted sleep each night. I weigh about 130 pounds and have tested the temperpedic but found it to be too firm. I tried the Kingdown and it felt great but I read so many nasty reviews on it. Plus it is 3 thousand dollars. I prefer a cushy mattress. No firm mattress for me. So what do you think? What should I look into? How 'bout the Serta international touch memory foam?

I got vaccinated for hep b 10 yrs ago. i get tested at my obgyn for everything everytime just to be safe. last time i went they said i had antibodies for hep b but the antigen was negative. now my doctor said i had the antibodies b/c of the hep b vaccine. what i want to know is how do i know if i was exposed or not? b/c if i was exposed that means my boyfriend has it and even though i had the vaccine i don't want to expose myself to that. what do i do? my doctor acted annoyed w/ me and i didnt understand can someone please help me. the only thing she said was the antigen will tell you if you were exposed?? i've gotten tested before and she never told me about any antibodies showing up?

Well, Anyway here is the story at about 6 AM He went to the hospital And had the Cath Done, Turns out there Was a 99 Percent Blockage, In his Heart! He was Lucky He wasent Dead! Andway They Balloned it
Then They Put in a Stent in His Heart, He was lucky They Didn't Crack open his ribs and thank god they didn't have to!
He's Came home The Same Day Today On 12/22/2006
I got My Christmas Present From God For him to be ok :)
And i got It, Praise Jesus And Thy Lord :)

I did have to have stiches.... so is this normal? I have packed it with gauze and have changed it every hour. I was told by the dentist to try using a tea bag which I tried but with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

for the most part ,ive been able to rid my self of the scabies. but there is a birthmark on the back of my leg that for some reason still has them. it feels as if its kind of swollen or sore,like its full of them or something. what is it? i try and squeeze it out,but only blood comes out. im so sick of this nasty crap. why wont the medicine work. what is it about my birthmark thats different? thanks....

is it possible for people to get cervical cancer if they have Not had sex? I always hear it advertised that every female who has had sex should have a papsmear at least every 2 years. Why is it not necessary for females who have not had sex to have a papsmear?, can't they get cervical cancer as well?

i do have a sinus problem and i am on meds, fexafenadine. i've heard that....well, with a brain tumor you're very tired all the time. i do have an anxiety problem too and i'm on meds for that, but i take neither of the medicienes regularly. i'm scared, i hope i don't have a brain tumor. i mean, i'm 18 and...i'm scared.
