Exercise your facial muscles by saying the vowels very dramatically. Really stretch your mouth around the vowels...exaggerate your vowels and it should help.

HEY, I know one!!! What you have to do is be in private and make an ugly face : fortunately, this feels better than it looks, and , of course is strenthenning and firming.
OKAY start getting into an uglyattitude by sticking your chin and nose in the air. Then put on a SERIOuS frown- be revolted ( because you're sure gonna look it -- try not to be too shocked at your "expressiveness") Okay, this gets worsenow, because you're going to deliberately stick out your tongue as FAR AS YOU CAN with feeling , and down.Before you're allowed to get over yourself, you have to 'rub it in", repeat as all exercises, till you feel it a little; then come back to this disturbing subject latter-- in fact NAG yourself ABOUT IT!!!!
