You should consider pilates or yoga. Something that isn't so strenuous, but will tone you up. Pilates will have you sore as can be, you may not can tell it during, but you'll know you did them the next day.

Just make a list of what you're eating during the day in order to identify any problem areas. For example, do you snack often, eat in the middle of the night, etc. A list will help you identify looked over eating habits that need correction.

Be patient and remember that everyone's body is different and it may take more or less time for you to get to where you want to be.

Well if your 18 and you have sex with a minor it's considered a degree of rape. (Of course I don't think 13 year olds should be having sex) but I think just dating is ok, as long as the 13 year old is mature (mentally and physically, because some 13 year olds look 10 and act it) The 17 year old should be even more mature and not encourage sex, wait until the 13 year old is older (at least when their both adults, like 24 and 20, i would say at least 16 but the 17 year old would be an adult already and once again it would be a degree of rape even if the minor consented)

You already completed step one.
You realized you have to change to be healthy.
In my opinion, asthma is a stress induced illness.
Apparently you have more on your plate than you can handle.
Use your down time, when you are bored, to research on the Internet, how to eat healthy.
Do some very simple body exercises, but do them regular, and do not over do them at first.
It just adds to the stress level.
There is nothing wrong with being lazy, but like everything in life, it has a price.
Since nature demands a price no matter how you live, might as well get the most for your efforts.

Congrats on getting better. And don't worry about being lazy. The vast majority of us are, but won't admit it =).
I would suggest finding something active that you really enjoy doing it. That way it won't be a chore to workout, but something that you want to do. The hard part is just finding it. Try different things to see what sticks. Walking in the mall, biking around the neighborhood, swimming at the YMCA, etc. Try some different stuff out. Once you find something that is enjoyable it will be way easier to stick with it. Lastly, limit whatever you do to a moderate workout. If you feel dizzy, or short of breath, take a break.

just start out with cardio, do jump roping, try for 2 minutes straight, then do that for a few weeks, then slowly work up your minutes up untill you can successfully do 30 minutes, no more than 30...

but at any time do you feel any shortness of breath (aside from the automatic shortness you get from doing cardio) like when you feel you just cant breath, STOP, sit down and take big deep breaths + inhaler (if you have one)

I don't know if your like me or not, but I hate physical activity... but without the proper use of exercise it can cause you to get a little extra chub around the stomach..lower thigh...etc. if you know what I'm saying..I would suggest starting out with a SLOW pace jog, for about two or three weeks, and pick up the pace as more time goes by, try to work the ab muscles, to sit ups/crunches and lay off them Twinkies ^_^ I know, I know they are good...trust meh o_o I know. gotta eat those veggies and stuff... but between you and me, I'd wait for the holidays to be over first -_- wouldn't wanna miss out on any sweets and chocolates and stuff lol, after the holidays strict!! strictness lol veggies and..uhm...fruits and stuff...

oh yeah....carrots...mmm...
