Light headed can be caused by a lack of sugar or oxygen getting to the brain. Since blood work has been done I suspect that they checked your insulin levels and a fasting glucose level. I also suspect they checked your hemoglobin levels and also did a red blood cell count. They both are important for delivering oxygen.
Fatigue can be due to both nutrients and oxygen but can included things like thyroid levels (T3 (thyroxin), T4 and/or TSH).
These are just the horses, there are a thousand zebras that can cause fatigue and light headedness.

This could be caused by a sugar withdrawal. Low blood sugar. If you eat alot of carbs then get hungry, your sugar level drops.
