Antibiotics are for bacteria and scabies are mites. I don't know why you still have scabies or if you even do. But I'll tell you how we treat a scabies outbreak where I work.
First, find out if your pharmacy carries permetherin 5% cream (Nix, Eliminite, Acticin). Get this cream from either your doctor or pharmacy. Next, shower from head to toe and dry off. Do not reuse this towel. Apply Elminite from the neck down and rub into the skin, both front and back, paying attention to in between the fingers and toes, palms of hands, soles of feet, and all skin folds. Apply a little extra to the birthmark. Leave Eliminite on for 12 hours then shower again. Use a new towel to dry with. You will also have to launder all bedding, towels and clothing you have worn up until this treatment in the hottest water available and dry on high heat. Scabies can live for 24 hours away from a human host.
Whoever lives with you needs to perform the same protocol at the same time or there will be reinfection. If you stick to this, your problem will be eliminated.
I don't know what's different about your birthmark but stop squeezing it. If you're still having a problem when you're all done, it may not be scabies that are causing it.

There is an excellent article on scabies and its treatment on Webmd.com. See the web site below. i don't believe it is common to give antibiotics for scabies. Scabies is caused by mites ,not bacteria. occasionally the doctor gives you oral medicationas well as the lotion. Your sheets, towels, clothing must all be disinfected to prevent reinfestation. Check the article, and also call your doctor about the birthmark to see what else needs to be done.

Matters of the heart are best left to it. Reasoning or logic don't really work there. He didn't want a relationship with you as he wanted to concentrate on his studies? That is forgivable to some extent, very limited but at least he didn't cheat on you. The first one is definitely perverse. Why did he propose to your friend if he was into you. It seems fairly obvious that he means a lot more to you, than you do to him. That is a very unhealthy equation in any relationship. He obviously doesn't value you when he has you and it seem like he can dump you at the drop of a hat. But as I said logic doesn't work with matters of the heart. Do you need to be in a relationship? I would suggest you break up with your present boyfriend if you don't love him, there is no point. If you consider taking him back ask him what has changed? Does he not need to concentrate on his studies anymore. If he couldn't balance a relationship with studies then what has changed all of a sudden? Most importantly play really hard to get. This is not a game, if you are serious enough to kill yourself for him, he needs to reciprocate the commitment to a reasonable extent. Don't create a situation where you are taken for a granted, please people with a good heart and commitment keep getting hurt when they keep loving people who don't love them back. If these were mistakes take him back when you are 100% sure they were errors of judgement and he does care about you.

if your ex gave you the scabies twice then it sounds like what is known as the ping-pong effect. if he is not treated at the same time as you then after you get cleared up the next time you do the wild thing he will just give them right back to you.
you both need to be treated at the same time. that includes bedding, towels, furniture, rugs, etc
good luck

I got it from my dog. Mange in dogs is scabies in human and can be contagious. I thought I would never get rid of it. I am not advising this, but I ended up using Raid on my skin. You shouldn't do that because of the broken skin.
