Did something go wrong and how painfull is it?

Is self harm a form of depression? Every time I feel sad I want to cut myself, I've cut my arms twice in the past 2 weeks, I don't know how to approach the doctor and tell them how I'm feeling, I'm scared of talking to the doctor. I feel so alone, I havent got any family in London, and not many friends. I'm ok sometimes but other times I get really depressed and lonely, I drink on my own a lot, when I feel sad, all I want to do is drink.

My loved one is seriously ill(deterioating health day by day). Doctors are not much sure of his life. My mind is frozen when i think of death. How do i prepare my mind for the incident i'm likely to face?

Please help me Feeling desperate !!

I haven't told him, if i do,i will make it worse.

He always screams, and won't stay still. So it takes more than 1 nurse, to inject him.

He is always sat on my lap, but that doesn't help. And i struggle to hold him still.

What do i do ? How can i make it easier for him?

Since I was about 12, I felt anxious, shy around people. I would be scared to make a phone call, even to a friend. I thought this was because I stuttered. Now I am 19, and my symptoms have gotten worse (can't introduce myself to people, make phone calls, hate answering the phone, hard time meeting people), yet I have 2 jobs in retail. My 1st job, I thought would be easy but whenever I wanted to address a coworker I felt scared, my voice was shaky, I felt shaky, when I answered the phone I couldn't get my words out. And this is the worst, saying "next on line" really loudly. I just can't seem to say it. and "your total is" and "do you have a hallmark gold crown card".

A classmate of mine told me that since I adopted to my job, I can deal with it, but if something new comes up or I blank out, forget what to say, the anxious feelings will come back again.

Is it possible to have social anxiety and work in retail?

I'm 30 stinkin' years old! I still have acne and it won't go away! Now I've got scars from it as well. It makes me ugly, and I hate it. I've tried the Proactive stuff that you see on tv, but it didn't work. ugh! It's frustrating!

About 3 days ago, I had a pimple and it had a nasty whitehead on it, so I popped it, and when I popped it the area was red and where the whitehead was now there was a little hole there like no skin just a little hole like the something to a peice of skin off circular shaped, then a scab formed on the hole, the first day I put neospirin on it and I did it 3 times, and the next day I put vitamin e on it throughout the day, and the same thing the next day, well this morning I was putting vitamin e on the scab and when i was putting it on the scab fell off, and now there is only a red circle there, I NEVER picked at it or peeled it because that is bad, but am i fine, is it going to scar and will the red circle go away?

My 11 month old has had a life threatening dairy allergy since he was 3 mos. I am having such a difficult time preparing different table foods that he can eat. Does anyone know of any website I can go to that provides dairy-free recipes? Does anyone have a child in school with milk allergies? If so, how do you deal with it?

I broke my foot from a fall six yrs. ago, and now my podiatrist feels due to arthritis, malformation and deterioration I need two pins and a plate or fusion, has anyone had extensive foot surgery similiar to this, was it successful and would you do it again.

Having great problems, giving him Eye-Drops.

He keeps on squirming loads, so i can't keep him still.
Should i get someone to restrain him ?.

That might seem drastic, but he really needs them.
