Since you are asking this in men's health, and your avatar appears to be male, I'm going to assume you are. It is highly unusual for a male to have the symptoms of a yeast infection to the extent they are aware of them. Due to your anatomical design, yeast cells can't really get a hold anywhere internally to overgrow. While it might be possible to have a yeast overgrowth under the foreskin, usually the whitish creamy substance is made up of sloughed cells and sweat. That will come off with a good bath and wash of the affected area. If you have a discharge from the penis itself, that needs treating by a doctor. There may well be an infection, but as men don't get yeast infections the way women do- it isn't yeast you have there.
If the creamy stuff under the foreskin or head is causing tiny bumps like blisters, or a rash , you will also need to visit your doctor. Although yeast infections are unusual in males, in an uncircumcised male they can happen. But the doctor needs to confirm that is the problem. If it is not being caused by yeast, the medications can make things worse.
Regardless of what is actually the problem, it isn't something you want to share with a partner. Until you are seen and treated by the doctor, abstinence would be the proper thing to do there. Just don't put off going because you hope it will go away, or because you feel embarassed. There could be any number of reasons why you have the problem, and most of them are fairly easily treated. You will feel much more comfortable the sooner you go, than if you just hope it will go away on it's own.

Here are two links for at home treatment.

If you developed the infection just after taking antibiotics, eat a container of yogurt at least every other day to counteract the effect of the medicine.

Your diet could be the culprit as well. Is there a sudden increase in your sugar or bread intake? These can also affect your body.

Depending on the cause of the infection, you may need some form of medication. See your doctor if you've recently had unprotected sex. It may not necessarily be a yeast infection.

Guys don't normally get yeast infections. This is 99.99999% a female problem. Go to the doctor quick. Make sure of what you "think" is a yeast infection.
