Instead of going for neutrogena or the proactive one, there is one effective treatment. But you have to be patient, the best part is it doesnt have any side effects and not only that it removes acne problems permanantly. Try homeopathic treatment. I have tried and it was succesful for me. Now im using another homeopathic ointment for my burns on my leg. ITs really good and i recommend it. If you want to know more about it or read some reviews or something before buying it , go to this blog :http://nomoreacnes.blogspot.com. This will help you. Bye and all the best.

Treatment with food supplements is ok for this condition. Try these supplement: 1 x 2 Vit. E Caps, 1 x 3 Chelated Zinc, 1 x 2 Vit. C (s.r), 1 x 3 Cal Mag, 1 x 3 Carotenoid Complex, 2 x 3 Garlic
Complex and 1 x 1 Vitamin B.co. (s.r). These are food grade and contains no chemicals. Try a GNLD product distributor in your area or any other food grade supplements. Do not bother about the number, take them like food and it will do the magic. Good luck.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

You need to see the dermatologist. You may need antibiotics for this. Acne is caused by the staph bacteria as well as the trapped dirt etc. The only way to get the bacteria under control is with antibiotics so see your dermatologist.

If your acne is the result of candida albicans, then it may take more than just treating the symptoms on the surface to get rid of the cause. Check out the yeast link (yeast is another name for candida albicans) at www.hufa.org for some basic info.
