Yes it could.

"The majority of HIV infections are acquired through unprotected sexual relations. Sexual transmission can occur when infected sexual secretions of one partner come into contact with the rectal, genital or oral mucous membranes of another."

However -

"HIV has been found at low concentrations in the saliva, tears and urine of infected individuals, but the risk of transmission by these secretions is negligible."

This means it is highly unlikely.

http://www.webmd.com/content/article/46/2953_517.htm, Here is an awesome site that you can check out if you would like to know some about Aids. People usually get aids from unprotected sex, or sharing needles to take drugs. You will also find alot more about aids on that website I listed for you.

No. You cannot contract HIV from kissing unless you both have open cuts in your mouth. I think you are safe. U can get it from blood, sexual fluids, and breast milk.

No. There's not enough HIV virus in the saliva to hurt anything. You can get it from performing oral sex though, so use a condom in those circumstances.

There's a very small chance of that happening, as there is something in saliva that kills the virus, unless of course, you have blood present in your mouth.
