You can't "try" anorexia or bulimia. Especially not "once".
They're mental disorders that you have over time. You can't just not eat for a day and say, "Yay! I'm anorexic!" It's somehing that's inside of you that makes you mentally sick. You can't "try" a mental disorder like you can try on a hat.
I used to be anorexic. I know the deal. It's not a choice, and it's not a game.

None. And I'm slim.
The problem is not so much that people eat; the problem is that a lot of people have bad eating habits (suger and fat). If you have a balanced diet, and exercise even just a little, you can actually eat a lot!

Anorexia, I can tell you from experience, is not something you TRY to do. It just happens. As a teenager I could not stand the sight of food and almost killed myself. Why not just try to eat RIGHT? You don't want one of these horrible conditions.

Neither and you should go and eat, take good care of yourself and understand that being thin is not the end of the world.
