i threw up last night...and when i was done i looked into the mirror, and noticed that my entire face was covered with red dots...i think i may have strained when i was throwing up, and thats what happend...but my face hasnt gotten any better, and its a day later...can anyone tell me if this is gonna go away, and when?

My dentist gave me a Sonicare Elite toothbrush to try out for a couple of weeks. It feels great. What is the difference between the Sonicare 7300, 9500 and 9800? The differences seem pretty small (the 9800 is only available from professional dentists). What are the differences?

I have not had the classic flu since I was 9 years old (I'm in my 30's). I feel weak and dizzy, no energy - everything I do makes me exhausted. Just walking up the stairs is a real effort. I'm throwing up everything I eat and drink, even plain water. I've been throwing up medicine which I need for my heart, both day time and night time. Any suggestions on that? The pills cannot be crushed because they are time-released. What are the symptoms? Do I have the flu? What can I do about it? Please help! I feel horrible.

for the past week i havent felt good. i missed 2 days o work. i feel nauseus alot and i threw up bright yellow stuff. i feel ok most of the time but out of nowhere i start to feel sick. then after a while im ok. been tired alot. like to lay down alot more than usual. feel kinda out of it. hot and cold chills. havent missd my period cuz it hasnt come yet, wil be in about a week its supposed to come. everyone i know that i tell how i feel tells me im pregnant. i dont think i am cuz im really sure that i been really safe. what would be another explanation? im going to take a test but since i really think it be neg what could other reasons be? also i have been really hungry lately eatin a whole lot. cant seem to get full when im hungry.

It has been happening for a long time now, I constantly feel different emotions everyday, my head hurts from the pain of those emotions. I long for the "easy and simple solution" but i can't help but think of the people that i would leave behind. My husband ALWAYS swallows his gum. It's not unusual for him to swallow 10 - 15 pieces a week. Do you think this is safe? He says he "forgets" he is chewing it and realizes a few moments later that he swallowed it.

What are the psychological effects of pranayama/yoga/meditation on mind other than relaxation and body building? some claim that these increase creativity. How is that possible? some say that these teach one to live life as a spectator rather than as a participator. How can that be helpful in practical life? Does determination, tenacity, ambition, sex drive etc increase/change if one practise these? anxiety and stress are due to external factors and should one not try to reduce these by rational thinking rather than doing pranayama?

I have a bulging disk in the lower back, just found out that the bulge is right in the middle of the disk, which creates pain in the left and right butt cheek, a long with pain down the back of my right leg and numbness in the right foot. WCB is telling me that because the bulge is small that I should be experiencing no pain with it (trying to make it sound like I am making it up -- but that is their job). Does the size of the bulge matter on the pain factor ? I hurt it 6 months ago, have gone to the chiropractor, did 2 reconditioning programs, on pain meds, anti-inflammatories, and now am going to see the Neurosurgeon to see about the epidural steroid injection and/or surgery to fix it. But does the size of the bulge matter when it comes to pain ??

My husband and I are actively trying to conceive. I took an ovulation test this morning and it came back positive. We had fairly vigorous intercourse shortly testing and after about a half hour, I experienced very very light pink bleeding. it was only the one occurance. has anyone else experienced this? could this be ovulation bleeding? can the cervix have become irritated since it's in a softer state? shoud I be concerned? Any help/advice appreciated!

My son of 19 has come home and has arc eye (a friend of his was wielding near him) My son has a major fear of drs and hospitals and refuses to go, although i know he should i know he wont.
