i threw up last night...and when i was done i looked into the mirror, and noticed that my entire face was covered with red dots...i think i may have strained when i was throwing up, and thats what happend...but my face hasnt gotten any better, and its a day later...can anyone tell me if this is gonna go away, and when?

It's quite possible that you might've burst some capillaries in your face, and it should clear up in a couple of days.

I don't know. But red dots might be food allergy, it is more evident if you vomit, as you wrote. You should see a doctor, because if you have a powerful allergy, you will have to take medicines soon. I wish it helped you,

More then likely it is the little veins in your face, they probably burst from you straining from vomiting.

your capilaries burts, it takes about a week to go away, hope you feel better soon!
