You may have a case of clinical depression - my mother had this. There are medications now which will turn night into day. See a qualified health care professional as soon as possible and you should cheer up soon.

I'd go see a psychiatrist. I don't know the extremes of your emotions, but you could possibly be bipolar. There could be some neurotransmitter imbalance. For all I know, you could just have a severe case of depression. A psychiatrist is the best person to ask for help in matters such as these.
I'm not trying to pin illnesses on you or anything, but any solution is better than the easy and simple solution. Ending your pain (which, for all we know can be cured) in that method would cause undying pain for your family, friends, and loved ones.
Everyone makes their own reason for living. I know you, once you overcome this, will find your own soon.
Good luck.

You only get to live one life. I mean, for the rest of eternity (in whatever you believe in) You only get this one chance to do what all you want to. Do i think you should give that up? Of course not. That would be dumb. So how do you deal? Its different for everybody. The way I usually deal is to find some new friends and change your life. Or evaluate what the problem of all your emotions are. You wouldnt believe how helpful friends can be. Get involved in something that you like. Or do something you've always wanted. If nothing else to distract yourself from thinking these things. Go out and enjoy yourself.

My friend,
Please dont accept your condition as it is. See a MD immediately. If you cannot afford medical help contact your county mental health department. They will help identify your problem and give you HELP.
You sound depressed. Depression manifests itsself in many way. Elevated blood pressure (you think you are having a heart attack). Spots infront of your eyes. Suicidal thoughts. It saps your stregnth to live by removing you to the point you no longer enjoy your old pastimes.
This time of year this is not uncommon for depression. I know I get it every winter. God bless you

I know how your feel, life is very hard but don't give up, giving up is making it harder for you. If life wasn't hard we wouldn't be human, unfortunately we have to experience pain, failure, lost, etc because it develops us into the person we will become, it gives us emotions, feelings, it's being human. I lost my mom to cancer almost 3yrs now and let me tell you it's hard because i think of her everyday and i wish she was here with me, but i think in the back of my mind that she would want me to move on and live my life like it was my last. You only live once, you shouldn't waste it on negative thoughts, there is more to life but you are pulling yourself back and thinking of the "easy way out". You should go out with friends, see the world, travel, just do things to get your mind off the bad thoughts. Trust me i was at a point where i wanted to take the "easy way out" but i thought of who i will leave behind and the pain they will go through the rest of their lives, it was selfish of me to think that way. You should spend time with your family and friends, just talk & hang out, rent movies, do the little things, to me the little things matter the most. You can't be afraid of life because no matter what it's going to happen, you can't stop it. Life is beautiful, just explore it and you will see...
"Don't be afraid on how your life will end, but be afraid on how it will begin"
Enjoy your life, you don't want to 60 years old and look back and say "I wish i could of done more" I wish you the best in luck in your life and your family. Happy Holidays!

There's always a reason to go on......Get in touch with your emotions.. something is triggering your response to them, focus on each problem and attempt resolution.an attempt to heal yourself this way shows your responsibility to your own mental health and is a success...you may not be able to resolve everything but it;s the attempt that counts......
Sometimes our emotions fool us into believing that we are helpless.....it's just that everything seems to be attacking at the same time.......talk to a trusted friend about your feelings and problems.......see a counselor......
You are a careing person because you are considerate of the people you would effect if you checked yourself out.......Suicide is never a solution.....and i believe that it is the beginning of eternal problems in the afterlife.......It's a simple way out , but it mushrooms into a pain that touches many lives.......
You may be in despair for some reason , that's more evidence of your need for people in your life.......
Get in touch with the pain and reasons for the pain .....
Get out more walk, exercise, visit friends, keep away from drugs and alcohol......
The best thing I can offer you in terms of help in this area is what has worked for me that is to get spiritual , I'm not talking about organized religion , I;m speaking about God ..Pray for the strength to prevail in your misery......God is the answer for many of us .......slow down ....and help yourself to seek help from others.............
