i'm vegan.i make sure i'm healthy so I don't get overweight or unhealthy and make a bad name for veganism.i want to be a good example that vegans aren't pale and sickly looking.i enjoy working out also tough.like running with my dogs,lifting weights,and skateboarding.i'm really active.if I watch tv for more than 30 mins i run on the treadmill while watching tv.

Take it slow, make a plan that you can stick to. Such as starting out slow, go for a walk every day. then bump it up to running or even going to tehe gym. The key thing is to set a goal that you can actully stick to.

family history of heart, cholesterol, diabetes, snd high blood pressure. Got me freaked out at 43 yrs old.
I wasnot that fat but i did not like my self at 5-4 and weighing 150.
now i just dont like my flabby stomache and butt at 130. pounds.

thats my motivation

When I started to put on weight, I joined a gym. Whenever I see overweight ladies there, I ask myself. "Do you want to look like that"? Its been working so far.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
