it could help,but is a dangerous medication that your white blood cell could probably drop and you get biweekly(every two weeks) blood drawing. it can ruin somewhat your social life with those pesky blood drawings,so pick something that isn't so dangerous and so old.

Does it matter, it's more a point what is worse the side effects, ot the bipolar or psychosis, and not just for the person, many are happy with how things are but their family or others aren't. All meds can cause severe problems, depending on the person. You can check out all the info and descide between some but in the end if it works it comes down to what is worse.

I do not know. But I would recommend to stay away from drugs.
side effect could cause worse problems.
