I eat right take my vitamins and run 7 miles 6 to 7 days a week and do 1377 crunches every day. Every weight chart I look at lists me as being overweight. I used to weigh 357 pounds but, changed my way of living. Why do I feel like I'm in good shape but, every medical chart I look at disagrees. Am I too heavy or am I just an exception to those charts? Can someone explain the answer to my question to me in detail?

I am still getting acne and in my early 40s.. i also have scars left by the acne. How do I get rid of it and prevent it. I took some really strong acne medicine for 6 mths and it cleared it all up. But I couldn't take it any longer after that becos its not good for the womb. So after stopping it, the acne is back.. I just want to try something more natural

Hi im 5'5 or 5'6 something like that, I'm currently 133 lb. I want to be 124 lb. maybe my husband will like me more and pay more attention to me, when we got married about a year ago i was 126 lb. But now I feel fat and ugly and I already lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks i have been trying to eat only once a day and have small snacks and lots of water. does anyone how to loose the pounds in a week????

Yesterday I got a sharp stabbing pain to my head (behind my eye) and when I stood up I almost fell over - I had to wait a minute or so before I could walk and I was unstable when walking. I am extremely fatigued and today when I went outside and came back in I was dizzy (it seemed like the daylight and darkness had something to do with it). Now, I have had migraines for 29 years, but they never last more than a day - I have had a headache now for 4 days - migraine. They have been getting worse in this past year, but I am also 40 now and that may have something to do with it?

6 year old daughter need medicated Eye-Drops.

She hates them, and refuses to let me do them.

Keeps her eyes shut, and then rubs her eyes - so the drops don't go in.

Need advice please, on how to do it

Would it be better to have another person to help me ?
maybe they could hold her still ? she always sqirms loads.
