I think nose bleed in hot weather not cold one
as cold makes your superficial vessels constrict to preserve ur temp
and vice versa in hot vasodilatation(vessels dilate) to lose temp
so bleeds easily
at the end nose bleeding has no exact reason if no hypertension or blood disease...only theories

Spontaneous bloody noses are in many situations brought about by making use of dry air. in case you reside in an quite dry area your at bigger odds for bloody noses; in simple terms grab a chew of tissue paper and stuff it up there for a couple of minutes till it stops. you need to use petroelum jelly or vaseline in the adventure that your nostril feels dry to avert it from bleeding. in case you get persistent bloody noses see a doctor reason some human beings have particularly superficial capillaries of their nostril and get customary bloody noses, unsure how they handle it nonetheless.

Your house might be dry so the nose dries and gets irritated and bleeds. Or it could be sinus problem.

Because of all that extra dry heat from your furnace...use a saline solution spray for your nostrils to keep them moist or put empty coffee cans of water on/near your heat ducts to replace all that lost moisture in the air in your house.

It gets dried up, stop picking at it. Use Vaseline or coconut oil to keep it wet.
