I have not tried tea to loose weight, but apperently it is not as good for your health as it seems. My nutritionist says that it makes you loose weight, but only because it drains the liquids out of you. Drinking tea in a regularly basis is bad for your kidneys because it makes them work very hard. Once a week will be okay, but you should not try it to loose weight.

Most of these subsritutes done work or work short term only to have the weight return and then some. The best way to get rid of excess weight and keep it off its fresh fruit and vegies, protein eith meat, fish, chicken (skin off), eggs or beans. Lots of water and a 1/2 hour brisk walk each day.... no sodas, junk food etc good luck!

Those teas are diuretics- they evacuate the liquid from your body, this is unhealthy. It will leave you dehydrated, only loosing water weight.
