These tests cover a lot of territory in determining whether or not you have conditions that may need further workup. It all depends on an abnormal result, and what that abnormality is. However, even normal (negative) results don't rule out all diseases. For instance, you can still have rheumatoid conditions or lupus with a normal or borderline esr. If you are having symptoms, and a normal fbc and esr, more specific tests may need to be done to find the cause of your symptoms. A visit to a specialist might be in order.

no just those two specific findings, no inflammation and chemistry OK.
