I eat right take my vitamins and run 7 miles 6 to 7 days a week and do 1377 crunches every day. Every weight chart I look at lists me as being overweight. I used to weigh 357 pounds but, changed my way of living. Why do I feel like I'm in good shape but, every medical chart I look at disagrees. Am I too heavy or am I just an exception to those charts? Can someone explain the answer to my question to me in detail?

the medical charts are in accurate in my opinion it does not give leeway for large frame bodies and if you think bout your current weight then think about how ill you would look losing the weight the chart says you should. if you look good the you look good!a size 34 is a good size!! don't worry about guidelines.

I am like you I have been 5ft 11 since I was 14 and jump between a 16 and 18 (australian) bepending on who makes the clothes. I can somtimes get in a 14. But, I am very big boned (no its not another way for saying Im fat). I have a flat stomach with no so called extra weight. Doctors laugh when I say i'm 90 kilograms because they go "where are you hiding the weight". Don't worry what you clothes say. If you are comfortable then so be it. If you think you are a little overweight cut the junk and fast food out of you diet and take a daily walk. But remember with height, comes a little extra weight especially with muscles. See a doctor if you are that concerned

Amazing,
I'm 36 also, exactly 6'2" and I presently weigh 195.
You are not overweight. If you have a big build like me, you could probably stand to lose about 10 more pounds to be considered at the right weight per the BMI. But does the BMI really matter?!
I started out at 270, so you were even bigger than I was.
Check out my website at www.thelogicdiet.com.
If you're having trouble keeping the weight down, or just want to lose that last 10 to 15 pounds, my diet plan would be perfect for you, since you are just like me!

Congratulations on losing all that weight! If you feel fit and healthy, I would say you're not overweight at all.
Most weight charts rely on a BMI (body mass indicator) chart to calculate the amount of fat in the body, which determine whether or not you're overweight. It has limitations however because it may overestimate body fat in athletes and others who have a muscular build. I would say that you fall into this category since you run and exercise daily. Much of your weight could be from muscle and not fat. The link below gives more detail.

you appear to be in good shape if you ask me!
But maybe you still need to lose some fat weight and gain more muscles in return!
I also had a similer problem for the longest time ever! and I solved it by drinking a low carb- high protein shake after running in the morning!
The result: I looked very toned- but most importantly: I lost about 7 pounds when I weighed myself in a week and a half!
Try a pre-workout shake for lean muscles, it ought to do the trick!
good luck!

the BMR charts dont address large muscle mass. If youre like that then they will be inaccurate.
