But the Hydrogen Peroxide you get out of the market (Wal Mart) and drug stores now days is only about 2% to 3% in strength. I use it all the time without diluting. Just read the label.

I hope you mean like the kind that you buy at Walgreens or something cuz pure peroxide would totally fizz your mouth off and you would be left with a big, gaping hole in your face. LOL! Seriously though, yes, you can use peroxide and be fine. Just rinse really, really well afterwards.

The bottled peroxide you get at wal-mart and other places is ok. Just make sure you don't swallow ANY of it! Just rinse with it for a minute or less. It also helps mouth ulcers.

Yes, its great for cleaning teeth and you can take it a step further. If you mix peroxide water and baking soda together then it will clean them even better.As well as cure any lingering odors.
