The better shape your body is in, the less your lungs have to work

If you do a cadio/pulmanory rehab, you have a 80 something % better chance of staying out of the hospital

After a year of working out 2x weekly I have reduced my med input and haven't been to Hosp since March. ( I went 5 times my first year)

Where I work out is part of the Hospital, There are Cardio and Pulmanory Techs and an RN on duty and a DR on call for $31 a month

Starting, I did about 10 min on a tread mill, I now do 1 mile in about 1/2 hour , w/o 02, working at doing a mile in less time.

I can do a lot more this year than I did last year. IE I still mow my own lawn. Last year I made one pass, stopped for about 10 to 15 min of heavy breathing. This year I can do sections of my lawn with only about a 5 min rest, between each section I did some painting on my house ( only 1/2 done cause all the rain)

Get yer butt into a good program, it's worth every min and every dime ( and your dignity)
