I'm 16 and healthy, so I seriously doubt I'm having a heart attack. But I do have a painful lump in my throat and have been coughing a lot. Could it be mucus buildup? I also gave blood today...could that have anything to do with it?

Today, I was told that I no longer qualify for food stamps because my social security disability income is approximately 10 dollars too much . Is there another way to keep food coming in without spending my money for other bills?

i sweat a good deal from my underarms. sometimes i wil be just chilling around my house and find myslef sweating. its soooo annoying. i obviously use deoderant. and ive tried all kinds of different deoderants and antipersperant deoderant. i dont no wat to do. if anyone has a suggestion or a really good deoderant or ANYTHING that would help. please let me no.

Im getting braces tomorrow morning.
1) What should I expect?

2) On a scale of 1-10 how much do they hurt?

3) How long will it take to get used to them?

4) What should I prepare for?

5) Any other advice?

And the ortho is putting on only the top first then the bottom in a month or 2. I dont know why. I'll ask him tomorrow but Im curious lol. And if the ortho said I'll only need braces for about a year, give or take some, is this basically a good estimate? How can I make sure that I have them on as little time as possible?

how do u know whats good for u and whats not?
they have all these juices and stuff thats say 100 percent juice like tropicana but they have loads of sugars!
i love welch's grape juice. i'm starting to drink welch's grape light.
is that good for you?

my husband is one, and because I am realising this, I have found out wy he is the way he is. He doesnt care about my well being, or if does its because he can get something out of it, like sex.
But in his heart he dont care. We have a child as well.
I want to leave, but he s being a cuntt about things.
I am stay home mom as well, and he will not help me out with getting a job and ask "who will watch the kid" because he usually works out of town.
H emakes me feel like a **** mom because I want my own money not his.
He wont even get me a car, so I cut him off.
I dont even feel bad, why should I. This man is destroying my sense of self worth and trying his hardest to make me dependant on him forever.
I told him everything I was feeling last night and it was like he could care less and kept saying "whatever", trying to make it seem like I was the crazy one.
I dont know what to do, I asked him to get help and he said "why" "your overeacting" but it has been 3 years.
