Unfortunately, no medicine or excercise would make it bigger. That thing is a big vein or like a balloon that your blood fills when you get excited. If there was a medicine that could really do that then you won't be asking this question anymore. All that you see are hoax. The only possible way is through surgery or transplant but not all results are good.

You are born with what you have learn to live with it and learn how to use it and most importantly learn how to make love properly and stop worrying about it's size.

I heard if you may incisions vertically on the shaft it will accommodate the swelling that happens when you smear wasabi all over it. Girls really like it, too.
