this sounds weird being a man and all but i have been really tired, sick in the am, and i think my belly is swelling. i have been having unprotected sex with my partner but this is freaking my out

No. You would need ovaries and a womb, neither of which a man has. You may be under a lot of stress and these are the symptoms. Unprotected sex is a BAD thing. Stop it.

It's impossible to be pregnant if your a man, but there are many other things it could be, so it would probably be best to go to your doctor.

men don't have Vagne's, you need to have an egg cells which women have not men. men have sperm cells. also look at the bright side you will be the first men to have a baby. it will go on records.

there is a possibiity in which the baby attaches itself on ur bladder. but i really doubt that would work through anal sex.
