I have symptoms of nervousness every minute of the day and when I'm not nervous. I'm always taking deep breaths and yawning to soak in the air. every minute of the day every day for about 6 years now.

I notice no one else having the same problem, Whats your take on whats going on.

I know that having a deviated nasal septum is a factor in the problem, but I know other people who have deviated nasal septum's do have the same problem.

I tried to breath normal for as long as I can, I can barely make 10 minutes.

My daughter is sixteen, she got her period at twelve, since then the periods have been horrible. I feel so bad. I myself have never had this. I have actually found her doubled over on the floor in pain, crying. From day one her period was so heavy she was actually saturating 1-2 pads an hour. Doctor said it would regulate itself. After about a year it is a normal amount of blood. The doctor prescribed prescription strength naproxen soduim and she takes pamprin also. I worry about her taking so much meds. Anyway, if she is caught offguard as she frequently is because she does not have regular 28-30 day cycle. It is all over the place. I dont know what to make of this, doctor only gave two options naproxen or birth control. Birth control has its own set of side effects and I never had good luck with any. Any one have any suggestions. It hurts to bad for her to excersize as she is doubled over in pain or just plain miserable. Please help.

When I'm hungry, I like let out this growling sound that feels like it's coming up from my throat or something. I also do this when I'm full, especially after drinking soda or coffee. I don't think it's like regular burping at all, it doesn't sound like one, but honestly, it's like a growl and it's really weird and everyone is always like, "what the heck was that." I finished my frappucino about an hour two hours ago, and I'm still doing this weird growl sound. Does anyone else do this? It's very weird and knowing that someone else out there knows what I'm talking about would make me feel a little bit more normal! Thanks for any input!

I had a pre op evaluation today to prepare for a hernia operation, the doctor I saw is concerned about an irregular heartbeat that I have been being treated for for the past 10 months. He asked that I double my med, which is Verapimil SR 120mg. One in the
morning and one in the evening. 240mg sounds like an awful lot to me. I have a call in to my regular doctor, but while I'm waiting I would like input. I am not in the habit of doubting medical opinions, it's just that my regular doctor is very diligent in discussing everything with me and I thought we were making progress.

I've started biking about 6 miles at least four times a week. I don't eat really healthy. My parents usually order out, like Chinese or pizza, but I want to change that, so does anyone know any diets or sites with low fat recipes? Thanks.

Is it normal for a 14 year old girl to be depressed? It hurts, it is hard to breath. My mom takes medication for it, could it be genetics? It is hard to fall asleep when i am depressed.

My firend is 132 pounds, she's not that thin, and she's not that fat. My other friend and I just found out that she has not been eating for three weeks now, I am very scared for her, I talked to her, and to our teacher, and I made an appointment with the school physcologist. I told her she can die from it, but she doesn't listen to me.
I told her I was going to tell her parents, but she said if I do she will hate me my whole life, and will never talk to me, I don't know what to do, What should I do?!
And she looks awful, and thinks she is fat.

I thought that they could, but the guy at my school says he never verifies because the Dr's office will never tell him anything. Is it something about the new hippa laws? Can't they call to ask "was so and so excused for this long"?

*I recently turned in my excuses from a major illness.
