Hi, I'm an 18 yr old boy and i was wondering if i could still grow taller than I already am and if so, how - any suggestions?

You might still grow a little - but not much i'm afraid: Probably an at the most! Boys tend to have a large growth spurt during their middle teen years (14-16). This is when most of your growth would have taken place. This is in contrast to girls who usually start their growth spurt early in their teens (12) but theirs is more slower and gradual. Both males and females stop growing around about the age of 18-21!

You may grow more as you haven't reached the age growth stops.
I think its 21 in males. You cannot grow taller than your genetics allow though! The only thing that could increase growth is Pituitary hormones and that is only used when the body doesn't produce enough itself which is rare and has to be given at a much earlier age than 18!

I'm not really sure but i have hear that boys do not stop growing until they are 21 years of age and its usually in the summer when most young people grow . so there my still be hope.

Let's see how tall r u right now. If u want to be taller then u have to eat right, drink milk, don't drink coffee or smoke, and do not do the push up. Because those things are not good for u and u can grow anymore.

docs are just about continuously top, go your palms. I were given alot of acquaintances that are not as tall as maximum individuals. To be truthful, i detect shorter human beings better pleasant to be round. Sorry if that doesn't help a lot. (15 yrs, 5'7 top)

I don't think you will grow much taller now and I don't think you can do anything to change it either, sorry. I've been a shorta*s all my life and it used to bother me but it's very handy for sneaking through a packed bar!!!! As long as you've got your health don't worry about anything else.

How tall you grow depend on your genes. So there is not much you can do, but eat healthy.

avoid hectic exercises that will tighten your muscles, watch your diet or u might get obese and if they all fail, then wait for nature to take its course.
