Surgical removal is the only "cure" for lipoma. All the herbal or standard medications in the world won't make it go away.

The cure for lipoma is "hot lights, cold steel" - surgery. A lipoma is a benign fatty tumor. Herbs won't get rid of it. A surgeon will.
