I have symptoms of nervousness every minute of the day and when I'm not nervous. I'm always taking deep breaths and yawning to soak in the air. every minute of the day every day for about 6 years now.

I notice no one else having the same problem, Whats your take on whats going on.

I know that having a deviated nasal septum is a factor in the problem, but I know other people who have deviated nasal septum's do have the same problem.

I tried to breath normal for as long as I can, I can barely make 10 minutes.

Yes, I've had that before, but not quite as bad. It's a symptom of anxiety disorder.

Sounds a little bit like an alergy, is it better or worse when you go outside, or to school or work. If you have an alergy to dust mites or cats or something.

Some years ago, I had a low level alergy for years and had no clues, I went to the dr and they sent me to an alergist who found out I was alergic to alot of common things around my house, I removed the things I could and know the others I am alergic to and presto - no problems or at least if I have problems I know why.

It can also happen that you become alergic to new things every few years.

As far as the nervousness , do you drink alot of cafinated drinks or food, try eliminating that stuff from your diet and see if that helps.
