I was raised with people around me who were always talking 'negatively'. They never seemed to have anything 'good' to say about someone else. How does one, who was raised this way, remove that obstacle in their life, when it's been something that was so common and almost 'normal'? What ways would help me get over this, when the first thing that comes to mind, is something negative? I can be happy, and content with where I'm at, but, I also have this 'dark' side of me that continues to harbor such bitter thoughts, and I can't seem to stay 'positive' long enough to move past that 'negativity'...

i've broken out and my pores are super clogged from DHC's Deep Cleansing Oil. So i went to see my dermatologist. he gave me Adapalene and Ketoconazole to use everyday along with some peeling treatment .He promised me it will get better within 4 weeks. it seems to get worst 3 weeks later and no sign of healing and its really expensive.some what, his medications irritate my eyes even if i didnt apply it around my eyes at all!it became red and itchy, flaky and super dry and it burns every time i wash it with mild cleaser!!so i stop seeing my derm, bought Olay total effects anti-aging anti-blemish moisturizer and cleanser and i use St.Ive's Medicated scrub once a week. i've been seeing improvement, and i'm much more happier with my skin now than when i use my derms' medication. but still i want it to go away MUCH FASTER. is there any extra advice for faster ways to heal my clogged pores with out changing my skincare routine? (such as masks, treatments etc.)

I prefer it because 1) it eliminates getting any on the seat/rim of the bowl, 2) you don't get that ricochet of droplets on your hands and clothes that you get when you pee in a urinal, and 3) you don't have to worry if it goes in an unexpected direction (or if it comes out in more than one stream). I guess I'm just wondering if there are any other guys in the same boat.

I am not diabetic nor have any other disease. I am 26 year old male.
It is very frequent when the stomach is empty and less when i do some physical work.
Two years back, I went to a urologist. He told me i have renal tuberculosis as per the test
of AFB. So i was given treatment for TB. It improved my situation till i was given heavy dose for two months but again the problem became as usual when lesser dose started after two months. All other tests do not give any insight into the problem.
I need help. Thanks

I'm aware that you hear because of the vibrations in the ear, I just can't figure out why i hear the vibration rather than sounds from things around me.
Also, some times when its not making the vibrating sound i hear a pulse in my ear and can't really figure out the cause of that either :-(

I've been smoking since Eisenhower was in office, and I don't have one damn health problem yet. So why do I have to keep hearing from these crybabies who want to belly ache about what I'm doing to myself? I remember when you used to be able to smoke in McDonalds. Smoking doesn't cause cancer the sun causes cancer. If you don't want to breath second hand smoke then stay home hippie. What do you think?

What is this that i've been hearing about Ambien creating memory loss? I only take the pill maybe once a week sometimes twice a week. What's the deal? Should I switch to a different sleeping pill?

Whether this is all in my head or not, I have to take sleeping pills to sleep. They are generic OTC pills, usually the simply sleep stuff made my tylenol or something along those lines. I usually take between 1-2 pills, 25-50 mg of dyphenhydramine at a time, which is the recommended dosage. I have tried to not take them but I can't sleep, and I'm sure it's a mind thing now as well as the fact they actually work. But really, how bad would it be if took them everyday? Would it hurt my liver (or kidneys, I can't remember which one is for meds) any more than birth control or any other meds that we take an a daily or near daily basis?

Hi! - I am trying to find one that is not so expensive and really works well. I saw some by Oreck and Ionic Breeze but they range from $350-$650. I need it badly, right away but I don't really have $650 to spend. (I think that's the model that works well in a fairly large size room). Have mold issues and a child with severe allergy. Any advice or recommendations?

Thanks for your help!

I'm basically scared of food! The only way I will eat anything other than veggies or fruit is if I'm eating with other people. I love cooking but CANNOT cook for myself. I will shut my hunger up by eating part of an apple or drinking tea. I know I don't need to lose weight and that I need to gain it but somehow the thought of gaining weight scares me! I don't know what to do or how to eat. This obsession with food really starting to get me down! Please can anyone help?

I'm 164 cm and weigh about 50kg (even though my doctor says he doesn't believe this) I
