I'm aware that you hear because of the vibrations in the ear, I just can't figure out why i hear the vibration rather than sounds from things around me.
Also, some times when its not making the vibrating sound i hear a pulse in my ear and can't really figure out the cause of that either :-(

Wow, I saw that Star Trek movie once, where those little alien worm things crawled into peoples ears and took oven their minds. Maybe you have one of those. Or maybe your brain has shook loose and is slowly working it's way out of your ear canal. Or it could be that instead of asking a bunch of random people on the internet about a potentially hazardous ear condition, you should get off your lazy duff and go see a doctor!

Vibrating Eardrum Causes

I assume this has not been forever and is a new development- you should definitely see an ear doctor ASAP- you can have an eardrum puncture or build up of fluid that is causing you to be tuned into the vibration- see an ear doctor ASAP and good luck-- dont wait because you dont want to go deaf and have a permanent hearing deficit from something that could be as simple as a bad infection.

Maybe you should have your ears checked out. There could be something wrong with your eardrum. Have you been very close to a very loud noise, or stuck something in your ear(something you should NEVER do)? Then again, you could just have a lot of extra ear wax, and maybe your ears need to be drained. I remember my doc telling me that my ear drum moved when i tried to pop my ears ( i think, i was in my teens at that time) and i found that wierd. I dont know how the ear works, and if that's possible or not, but if it is, maybe that's your problem. Either way, if you think it's something abnormal, then you should get it checked out to make sure you don't end up with permanent damage.

"Tinnitus" would be my guess.

"Tinnitus, or ringing in the ears, is the sensation of hearing ringing, buzzing, hissing, chirping, whistling, or other sounds. Some people hear more complex sounds that vary over time. The sounds may be intermittent, continuous, or pulsating in time with the heart beat. A pulsating sound may result from a blocked artery, an aneurysm, a tumor in a blood vessel, or other blood vessel disorders."

Sounds like baby to me! Your first movements will be pretty low (below your belly button). I was always wondering if I felt baby cause of all the bubbles, but my first real movements were also something I've never felt before and I was sure it was baby! It is the most beautiful thing ever! Congrats ( =

Please go to the doctor!.........It could be one of several things that need to be seen by a physician. Not many here on Yahoo are qualified to give medical advice. For everyone's sake ASAP!
