If there is a hole in your lung it would collaspse and you would be extremly Short of breath and cyanotic. If it is a lesion tou have Tb or legionaires disease.

Im an xray tech and I have never heard of a "hole in the lung"-- you will need to explain a little better to get an informative answer. sorry.

Bad things. Go to the doctors immediately to get it fixed before it collapses and kills you.
