I'm basically scared of food! The only way I will eat anything other than veggies or fruit is if I'm eating with other people. I love cooking but CANNOT cook for myself. I will shut my hunger up by eating part of an apple or drinking tea. I know I don't need to lose weight and that I need to gain it but somehow the thought of gaining weight scares me! I don't know what to do or how to eat. This obsession with food really starting to get me down! Please can anyone help?
