For lower biceps i.e. triceps I prefer the to stimulate tricep growth to its fullest potential, I would allow a day dedicated to triceps, if you are willing to make room for it during the week. A relatively smaller muscle like the tricep twice a week would be good but must be coupled with proper sleep and nutrition.
