I prefer it because 1) it eliminates getting any on the seat/rim of the bowl, 2) you don't get that ricochet of droplets on your hands and clothes that you get when you pee in a urinal, and 3) you don't have to worry if it goes in an unexpected direction (or if it comes out in more than one stream). I guess I'm just wondering if there are any other guys in the same boat.

i dont think its odd at all, its not my personal preferance but i really wouldnt think of anyone differently for wanting to pee sitting down, i mean the reasons you gave are all really good ones, i just prefere standing up because i think its alot easier (especially in public restrooms) because it requires less work and is quicker.
its just personal preference.

I wish you lived at my house, I absolutely hate it when I sit down on pee droplets. I cannot seem to get my bf to understand how gross that feels to me.

No, I do sometimes (but mostly in my house). In public, I stand. I guess basically, if there's a urinal nearby, I'll stand, but if not, I'll sit. You also don't have to worry about getting anything caught when you zip your jeans if you sit.

I only do sit down thing the morning after crazy sex.....don't wanna risk making the Mrs sit in pee....

I believe it is compulsery for muslims to sit but as I am not a man I can not tell you. it is a matter of choice I do not see why you would feel its odd if its more comfortable for you keep it up.

No it isn't. I know several guys who do this. And one of my uncles is a construction worker, and takes advantage to sit down to rest his feet.
