I have that question in the bag. Just keep on eating! You would be surprised at how fat you can become when you quit smoking, your place of employment shuts down, and your over 60 and nobody wants you ...............except for the stuff in the refrigerator that keeps saying.............eat me , eat me........No smart remarks either.............You can get huge in no time at all.

drink milk which brand name "ensure" its a very nutrition drinks. Ofcoz u still have to eat ur normal meals. That is just another bosst for u.

fatty meats and proteins. try to stay away from sugars and carbs you dont want to get diabetes.
