I have started having reflexology to help with my sypmtoms of M.E (Post Viral Fatigue) After my first treatment I felt exhausted and quite rough. Also with the 2nd treatment. Does anyone know if the after effects of the reflexology will lessen and get easier the more treatments I have? Has anyone found it beneficial to them? I'd be interested to hear from any reflexologists or M.E sufferers with experience of this. Thanks. :)

when i was 13 i stopped going to school cos of problems with my dad. i was always getting headaches and feeling sick and i had massive panicattacks just before going to school and the night before. i also had thoughts of suicide but i just ignored them and after a few months they went away.i'm now 16 and i was alot happier but now my mum has got me into a certificate course at a college. i told my mum i would do it but now i've been getting the headaches and the panicattacks again and the other night i started cutting myself and the suicide thoughts are back only much worse, im trying to ignore them only i cant. i really dont know what to do. i would talk to my mum but lately she been ill and even if she wasn't i dont think she'd be able to help me. she would say some speech that would make her feel better and make her think everything is ok when it's not. i dont want to hurt my mum by letting her lose another child but i dont really want to live

i dont know what to do please help!

I know it's different per person. I just wanted to get an idea. I started mine (the sugar pills) just yesterday. Also, i know bleeding in between is common... ive had it for the past like 4 days or so. Lighter than even my lightest day of my period, but somewhat brownish (like its dried). How long did it take for this to pass, for those who experienced break-through bleeding?

My mum complains that her hair is thinning, I personally haven't noticed but its hard to tell when you see someone every day. So anyway, I was contemplating getting her some of this stuff for Christmas, not the nicest of presents (might have to be accompanied with nice wine or something) but if she gains something from it it'll be worth it and she'd never buy it for herself, she'd rather just suffer than spend anything on herself. So anyway, I was thinking of buying the shampoo and conditioner - any thoughts?

I hate to say this, but one of my key character flaws is intolerance. I'm not proud of it, and I would really like to change. If you're wondering what I mean when I say that I'm intolerant, I mean that I get irritated with people who come across as being less than intelligent. I know that that's rather snotty and arrogant, but that's often how I feel. I hate being so intolerant, so what can I do?

I am a 34 year old healthy female. I had a cold, but have been over it for a week or so. I feel fine except I can't breathe deeply without a menthol cough drop or laying down. This has been going on for over 24 hours now. Called the doctor and they didn't seem particularly concerned and offered an appointment in a week or so. Any ideas?

My doctor told me to start taking it the first Sunday after my next period ended. My period ended yesterday (Monday) morning. Is it okay for me to wait the whole 6 days until Sunday, or should I wait until next month? After I start taking the pills, how long will I have to wait before having unprotected sex in this case?

Is there anyone on here that has MS? I have been diagnosed since 2002 and I have a question about a change that I have noticed with the disease. For about 4 or 5 months now I get up in the morning and I have the dry heaves. I take the betaseron injections and was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing the same kind of problem? My doctor doesn't seem to concerned about it. At first I thought that I was pregnant but found out I'm not. So, my question is this.... Is this normal with MS and betaseron? Also, how can I stop the dry heaves?? I would greatly appreciate any help and advice you may have to offer.
