that's normal, dont worry, and is best that she get cold so many often. the thing is the following: the babies dont have antibodies, the aldult people has, so when a baby get cold, she produce antibodies. there are about 80 types of common cold, and about 20 types of other virus that produce symptoms like cold, like adenovirus...etc. so when she get sick, she produce an antibody, so if she had been sick for 20 times now, she must have another 80;-). Dont worry, is better that he get sick often bcz when she get an older age she wont get cold anymore. Dont prevent it, but of course, give her the proper medicine. and vitamine C dont evite that she get cold, it only help in the recuperation, and if you always have her warm dont evite it too, bcz common cold is a virus, not a temperature change. i hope this info help you. ps, i'm a doctor.

not sure what your asking exactly so I'll give you two answers. If she is cold often, dress her warmer and turn up the heat or if she gets colds often then try giving her one childrens multi-vitamin a day. 3 yr olds tend to not eat properly because they can be so picky at that age and vitamins will help make up for this a bit.

A good multi vitamin for children. And lots of food with zinc and vitamin C to help her immune system get strong. Consult someone in a health food store.
