I need to lose some weight, and I know decreasing the amount of mt. dew I drink will drastically help this. I would like to drink a diet soda WITH caffeine, but I have heard such terrible things about beverages with saccharine. Are there other alternatives?
I hate coffee and tea, so those won't work.

im still in my 20's and lately i noticed that i tend to be dry (down there) during sex. Is this normal? Or is there something that I can take or maybe eat for me not to be such a bad company?

Have a friend who says that his sex drive and his wife's doesn't really match up well. He is sexually charged up all the time (even to the point of masturbating daily) and she wants it about twice a month.

Any options?

Guy has been married for a long time, wife is pretty uninterested the other 26 days of the month.

I woke up in the middle of the night because it felt like some kind of liquid kept running down my throat and I kept swallowing (it was blood), and as soon as I sat up, my nose was bleeding. This hasn't happened in a long time but it has happened before, maybe a year ago. What would trigger it?

I've been diagnosed with reactive arthritis brought on by a bout of food poisoning. This has seen me go from playing football and going to the gym regularly to barely being able to walk on the worst days. The doctor has merely prescribed anti-inflammatories and painkillers and told me that the arthritis will subside in a matter of months. The medication does make a difference but I was just wondering if any of you have suffered from this condition and tried any of the complimentary therapies. If you have can you tell me how you got on and whether its worth looking into? Also recommendations on herbal medicines would be most appreciated as well

Thank-you!

P.S. I know cannabis is supposed to help but I cant be arsed going down that road. The munchies do my head in!

I am a dental assistant in NJ. I am school trained and have 6 yrs. office experience. I also have an x-ray license. The girls I work w/ are trained in the office and have no previous experience.

I just moved and had to take a major pay cut due to the area I live and work in. I was making $17 /hr. and now make $14/hr. I preform the same tasks as I did in my old office. Such as assisting, but also order supplies for 2 offices.

I have been at this office for only one month, but I really think I deserve a $2 increase. I do alot more than anyone else in the office.

Is it too early to ask for a raise? How should I go about asking w/out jeopardizing my job?

Ok I have scoliosis and I have to see a chiropractor twice a week. My back hurts very very bad most of the day. I can't walk around and for long periods of time without siiting down. I don't like having to take pain killers all of the times so I stay in pain.
I'm only a teenager and this pain has really effected my life. I can no longer participate in sports anymore because of the never ending pain. A car wreck a year ago damaged my back even more. I exercise 30 minutes every day to stay in good shape. And I eat healthy foods.
Is there any way to help my back, or do I have to live with this?

My fiance and I found out we won the bid on a house we really wanted and were very happy. Very Very happy. We had sex everyday sometimes twice a day. for a week after we found out. Now I don't even want him to touch me. It hurts pretty bad, not inside, but more on the out side. Kind of like to much friction or something. Let me know if you think it is a problem or if maybe we should cut back to our regular habits of about 3 or 4 times a week.
