im still in my 20's and lately i noticed that i tend to be dry (down there) during sex. Is this normal? Or is there something that I can take or maybe eat for me not to be such a bad company?

If you are a girl I can tell you that you are probably not doing enought foreplay, to get you in the mood you can, buy lubricants and apply it in were you need it there are many different ones and they are fun. It can also be normal if you have just started being sexually active. Try eating healthy, not to much junk food, and if it persist go to a Doctor. It can be an infection or something serious.

Not enough stimulation may be responsible for the dryness.
Make sure that you and your partner engage in some dirty talking to encourage stimulation. Also if it is your first time, just relax.
Remember always ..use protection.

if you have a bath or shower right before sex, you might get dry, so just give it more time

Sometimes this can be a side effect of medicines you may be taking. Ask your gynocologist.
