I have started having reflexology to help with my sypmtoms of M.E (Post Viral Fatigue) After my first treatment I felt exhausted and quite rough. Also with the 2nd treatment. Does anyone know if the after effects of the reflexology will lessen and get easier the more treatments I have? Has anyone found it beneficial to them? I'd be interested to hear from any reflexologists or M.E sufferers with experience of this. Thanks. :)

Why not go to a real doctor instead of witchdoctors and reflexologists. They can do you as much good as aromatheraphy can for a broken leg. All they are doing is spending time and you are trusting them and accepting that the time elapsed will relieve your pain. In fact, if you do nothing, you will get better just as fast as messing with quacks.

I am a Reflexologist. I would say that you are feeling worse because your Reflexologist is releasing toxins from your body. Are you drinking a lot of water after your sessions? You need to do that to let the toxins go out through the kidneys and bowels. You should start feeling better soon. Reflexology is a wonderful thing. I have great results with it for many health issues.
