there are a ton of teen residential treatment centers in the states but does anyone know of one in europe??

cuz im from switzerland and i need a visa to get into the states so i gotta go to one in europe..

Hey people...

I am 5'4 or 5 not actually sure.. and I weight 9 and ahalf stone. I feel fat!! Although im only a size 10 and my weight is constantly going up and down. Since i had my daughter ive found it harder th shift the weight. I cam off my antidepressants ansd went up a stone... so i want to get back down to 8 and a half stone.....

... Tips to lose a stone please.....

I am a vegetarian. I do as much exercise as I can fit in. I use my latteral thigh trainer and walk with my daughter, not to mention running around after her. But the weight does not seem to be going down. I Hardly ever eat take aways ANNNNDDDDD i cook all my own meals from scrath so i know exactly what i put in it.

My only down fall is bread, but I cant cut it out, i love it far too much lol... Anything else i could try to shift 1 stone ( 14 pounds)

I nearly was killed carbon monoxide poisoning once and I can tell you it was close as to wheter I got to live or not.

stayed home from work because of it and i went to the local walkin clinc and gave me maxalt. but...didn't work it's back, is there ant otc meds that work??! usually excederin works well for me but didn't this time. I don't have the $$$ to go back to the walkin. please help me??!!!

I've read several times to stop eating 3-4 hours before going to bed. I started working a second job in the evening as seaonal help for extra cash. I eat dinner around 5pm, go to work and get off at 11pm. When I get home at 11:15pm, I'm so hungry! I need to go to bed right away to get up in the morning for my regular job. What can I eat this late at night right before going to bed? I tried drinking a lot of water, but then I keep waking up having to go to the bathroom. I tried doing nothing and going straight to bed, but then I'm tossing and turning because I'm hungry. Any suggestions?

Is any hormone, lack or excessive, interfare sleep?
I have been suffering from insomnia over 8 months. When i go to doctor, everytimes they prescribed me sleeping pill, and then more powerfull pill. But neither of anyone of them didn't diagnose my physical condition, such as if i was lack of any kind of hormone or another problem. I'd like to know if any hormone can able to interfare sleep? I am just 32 now, and i have no menstrual problem. Is T4 test ok for me now at this age? Or any other hormone test?

I pinched a nerve in my lower back about 3 weeks ago. Went to the chiropractor, which did not help at all and saw a orthopedic doctor recently. He said it was my sciatic nerve. It it not my lower back that bothers me, the cramping in my right buttock, thigh and lower leg is aweful. He gave me some medication, but it still has not gotten any better. Did anyone experience sciatica? Do you have any advise for me?
