Without a proper diet and exercise program, you can not lose weight. Instead of 3 meals a day, eat 6 SMALL meals. Drop your carb and fat intake, as it is obviously too high. Cut out ALL sweets... no more deserts. Treat fast food like the plague that it is... in other words, don't do it! Drink LOTS of water, drink NO sodas. Up your activity level and get on an exercise program 5 days a week. You may not want to exercise now, but after a week or so of it (especially once you start seeing results in strength, endurance, and physique) you will find it addictive and you will have no trouble maintaining it.

There's no quick fix. You either need to change your entire life style, or forget it. Watch that show on TV... "The Biggest Loser"... they'll show you how it's done, as well as inspire you to do it yourself.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Try winsor pilates. It is a very nice program to flatten your stomach and elongate your body. I always have to watch my wieght, because I am always getting so big too. This program has helped me in so many ways and you only have to do it 3 times a week and for about 30 minutes. Most of it is very light exercising too, but when you start getting into the advanced pilates, it gets a bit harder. Just try the beginner version for 9.99! They go very easy in the beginning and work you up slowly so that you don't feel so tired after doing the exercise. It is worth it trust me! I had the same problem as you and I do a lot of exercise, but the weight never went down until I started this program. Speaking from personal experience and it is worth a shot and definitely worth the money.

You cannot get rid of the dimples and shadows (cellulite) by rubbing an odd gel, weird lotion or goopy cream on your trouble zones and problem spots. I know that some can actually make your cellulite worse. The only proven way to permanently get rid of the dimples and shadows of cellulite is through a series of simple, yet specifically targeted lower-body movements. These unique movements focus on lifting, shaping and toning the muscle layers so they gently push outward against the skin to bring back the smooth, tight and sexy appearance, while burning off any excess flab, if there is any. Have a look to this site for more details and eye-opening information about cellulite http://nocellulite.toptips.org

A tip I learned from a former work colleague who is a part-time model - if you feel hungry during the day, drink a pint of filtered water. Then try to eat something, say an apple - if you still want to eat it, then you know that you really are hungry. If you don't want it, it's just psychological hunger! I tried this and lost about 21lbs in 9 months, and I still drink plenty of water during the day!

maybe you could switch to whole grain bread...also don't eat 4-6 hours before bed. Hardly ever eat? That's why your not losing sweety. Try eating at least 4 small meals with a couple of healthy snacks throughout the day. Never miss a meal.

Just cut out all sugar, all fats, all alcohol and walk at least 2 brisk miles 3 times a week. When you have bread cut it thin or have thin sliced and put nothing on it at all. No Jam, no butter, no spreads. Maybe some marmite though.
I have done all of this and I lost 3 stone in 7 months.
You must do it though and not kid yourself when you are having that extra slice with jam.
Best of luck.

More or less what Nicole said.. Drink a pint of water before you go shopping, it will make you feel bloated/full, so you won't be tempted to buy the more naughty foods.

Don't eat after 7pm (most people eat junk, while their watching TV), if you do get the munchies, brush your teeth the minty taste will trick your taste buds into thinking you've eaten.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.
