well, if you cannot hold onto something because of it I guess theoretically it could be.

If your work is swinging a hammer and the sweat causes you to lose grip and throw the hammer and someone, but other wise not really. I have plantar hyperhydrosis and it's just annoying, but not dangerous other than perhaps causing accidents from excess sweat making things slippery.

No, not dangerous unless you are working at a dangerous job where you have to grab things that might slip.

The books I have been reading regarding yeast (candida albicans) indicate that yeast and blood sugar imbalances may contribute to this problem.
