yes it is very possible. The implants also make it much more difficult to do breast self exams. Another reason not to have it done. All breasts are beautiful no matter what size.

Absolutely. Implants simply increase the size of the breasts, they don't replace them, except in the cases of total reconstruction.

yes unles you had everything romoved before you had the implants which my aunt did because she was at risk of developing breast cancer
