I have been exercising and dieting for a month, I am seeing no results. I dont expect miracles, but shouldnt I notice some kind of improvement?

You see for a while now, ive had these nodules/balls on my body. the biggest one is very noticable, its on my left forearm. it bumps out atleast an inch off my arm. there are a few others. tiny one on my right arm, not noticable. couple in my back, one in my stomach on the left side, one on my right thy.... the doctor says its probably harmless fat nodules (he had a name for them i dont remember, id like to know what they are called). i was wondering if anyone knows what they are, and if there is a natural way to get rid of them? i might have to undergo surgery...

I just got finishing bands for my braces today. I had muscle cramps in my jaw and a pressure headache all afternoon. I took them out to eat supper, and they've been back in for a bit now, but my teeth hurt like hell. I've taken pain meds, but they don't seem to be helping, and I seriously CANNOT stand the pain of my teeth getting shoved tightly together. I know the best way to get over it is to keep them on, but what if it's driving you crazy and giving you headaches? Any suggestions or advice on how to deal with the pain and still get the job done?

I have been sick for about 2 years and i recently had surgery i was just diagnosed with mild AA arthrits and i have bone abnormalities and scoliosis in my servical spine i hurt everyday and i have to wait a month to be cleared for physical therapy. i need help with ideas of stretching and anything to releave the pain. And it is also my muscles that are atraphing towards my bones

For the past month or so I've been really clumsy, occassional lightheadedness (due to lack of sleep), weak (endurance just isn't there), and blurred vision (my lazy eye keeps going out and I have little to no night vision), and creepy crawling feeling all over my body (like there's insects on me, but nothing is there) Also, just this past week I've been having right shoulder pain...like a dull ache and I've been having a hard time holding my bladder. Any ideas on what this could be? I know, I know....I should go to the doctor.

It's like I have passion for something but I haven't found what yet. I go on day to day even-keeled, which is fine but SO boring. Nothing keeps my interest for long. But when I do start to put it into something, whatever it is, it's like it all comes out at once. I have been able to use this in classes before with fantastic results, as I can just pay attention, never study, and breeze through them. It comes from an overactive mind, I think (though it doesn't seem to be by choice; it just happens). Once thoughts about anything start, it's like I can only get 3 of them out before 5 new ones replace them and pretty soon, my head is just swimming and my thoughts are no longer clear, just a jumbled mess. Any ideas?

woke up from a deep sleep with severe cramps, sharp pains in my vaginal area. It hurt so bad but I felt the need to go the bathroom, I sat on the toliet but I didn't have to pee. Just felt severe pain and my vagina clenching and unclenching. Two days later while I was having sex with my boyfriend it felt weird down there so we stopped. There was blood and this bloody thick chunks of discharge. It wasn't my period as i had it two weeks before and after that hour of bleeding it stopped. Any ideas what it could have been?

I told him he should get a vasectomy so we wouldn't have to worry about it at all and I could be free of this B.C.(birth control) but he refuses. He said I should get my tubes tied but it's not me who doesn't want any more kids, so I'm not cutting off my tubes just because he feels he's done reproducing.What should we do? Should I keep trying to convince him to get the vasectomy or should I suffer taking B.C. for the rest of my life?
